Within the broader scope of SLDI's leadership development services, Execu-Coach Associates puts together teams of independent coaches, mentors, and consultants who work jointly with a given company or organization under the terms of a unified contract. This allows companies to tap the expertise of several independent specialists while having the convenience of a single point of contact for billing and for management of the coaching or consulting
team.

How did Execu-Coach Associates begin?
Execu-Coach Associates grew out of Dr. Armour's decades of part-time work as an organizational consultant and coach. During those years he consulted primarily in the non-profit sector, but also did extensive coaching with executives from the corporate world. Early in 2001 he began Execu-Coach Associates and made executive coaching and leadership consulting his primary pursuit.
Later, when his practice grew well beyond coaching, Dr. Armour folded Execu-Coach Associates into a new company, Strategic Leadership Development International. Today Execu-Coach Associates primarily functions as an umbrella organization under which Dr. Armour puts together teams of independent executive coaches, executive mentors, and consultants who work jointly, under a single contract, to fulfill leadership development needs in larger corporations.

Who is part of Execu-Coach Associates?
As the principal in Execu-Coach Associates, Dr. Armour maintains a network of colleagues who team with him on a project-by-project basis. These include other coaches and consultants with whom he has worked for years. From this network he can put together effective coaching, consulting, and training teams for a host of corporate and organizational needs.

We work with a wide variety of businesses, professional partnerships, and non-profit organizations. We serve clients nation-wide and gladly accept overseas assignments. We have purposefully located Execu-Coach Associates in Dallas, Texas in order to be centrally located for air travel in the U.S. and to have convenient international connections.
